通過濕度對丁基防水嵌縫膠粘接性能的影響進行分析,可以更全面地認識綠色建筑外墻材料的粘接連接性能在不同濕度環境下的表現,為可持續建筑提供更為詳實的環境適應性數據。當濕度為50%RH時,不同環境溫度對丁基防水嵌縫膠粘接性能的影響,如表所示。
在所有養護天數中,不同溫度下的粘接性能主要以B類型內聚破壞為主。隨著溫度的升高,粘接性能呈現出相對穩定的趨勢,大多數情況下保持在B類型。考慮到綠色建筑的可持續性要求,雙組分聚硫丁基防水嵌縫膠具備在多樣化環境條件下表現穩定的粘接性能的丁基防水嵌縫膠具備更廣泛的適用性。
當溫度為30℃時,不同濕度對丁基防水嵌縫膠粘接性能的影響,如表所示。
在濕度為60% RH時,丁基防水嵌縫膠出較好的粘接性能,對于具備一定濕度波動的建筑外墻環境具有實際應用意義。隨著養護天數的增加,丁基防水嵌縫膠的粘接性能逐漸趨于穩定,表現為各濕度條件下主要以一種破壞模式為主,說明著丁基防水嵌縫膠需要一定時間來適應并表現出在不同濕度條件下的最優粘接性能。活性期和不粘期測試
丁基防水嵌縫膠在不同溫濕度環境下的活性期和不粘期的分析結果如圖2所示。由從圖2(a)和圖2(b)可知,綠色建筑追求環保和可持續性,因此,對于外墻材料而言,其性能應該在不同環境條件下都能保持穩定。從粘接強度的趨勢變化來看,30℃之前的升高趨勢可能符合預期,因為在適度的溫暖條件下,丁基防水嵌縫膠的活性期較短,可以更快地完成硫化,從而提高粘接強度。然而,在30℃之后,粘接強度的下降會對材料的實際應用造成挑戰。在設計和建造綠色建筑時,需要考慮在不同季節和地區維持適宜的溫濕度條件,以確保丁基防水嵌縫膠的性能不受不利影響。http://www.fjbailing.cn/
