       標(biāo)準(zhǔn)硫化期的影響濕度為50%RH時(shí)，不同環(huán)境溫度對(duì)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠硬度值的影響如圖所示。由圖可知，在濕度為50%RH的條件下，不同環(huán)境溫度對(duì)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠硬度值的影響是明顯的。在環(huán)境溫度超過(guò)20℃的情況下，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的硬度值在養(yǎng)護(hù)3d內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)明顯的正相關(guān)趨勢(shì)。這表明在相對(duì)較高的溫度條件下，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的固化速度更快，導(dǎo)致硬度值較高，有助于提高建筑的密封速度。另一方面，伴隨固化天數(shù)的不斷增加，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在不同環(huán)境溫度下的硬度值逐漸收斂。當(dāng)養(yǎng)護(hù)天數(shù)達(dá)到Sd時(shí)，硬度值趨于恒定。這說(shuō)明即使在不同的溫度環(huán)境下，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠也能在一定時(shí)間內(nèi)完全硬化，且硬度值趨于穩(wěn)定。但在環(huán)境溫度為10℃時(shí)，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠固化后的硬度值明顯低于其他溫度條件下。經(jīng)過(guò)7d的固化時(shí)間，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠沒(méi)有完全固化，邵氏硬度沒(méi)有達(dá)到30 HA。

       不同濕度對(duì)膠體硬度的影響如圖所示。由圖可知，在濕度為20%RH時(shí)，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的硬度值在養(yǎng)護(hù)7d后未實(shí)現(xiàn)完全固化。這說(shuō)明在較低濕度下，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的固化速度較慢，導(dǎo)致硬度值上升較慢。在環(huán)境濕度為40%RH和80% RH的情況下，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的最終穩(wěn)定硬度值明顯低于濕度為60%RH時(shí)的水平。在濕度過(guò)低時(shí)，固化速度慢，而在濕度過(guò)高時(shí)，固化速度快，但導(dǎo)致同化交聯(lián)點(diǎn)減少。過(guò)高或過(guò)低的環(huán)境濕度都會(huì)影響硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的固化速度，進(jìn)而影響硬度值。強(qiáng)調(diào)了濕度對(duì)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠硬度的敏感性，為在綠色建筑物環(huán)境中選擇合適濕度條件下使用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠提供了重要的參考。http://www.fjbailing.cn/
